Maryland Emergency Medicine Network -
DC Metro Area
The newest additions to our community network are located in the heart of the Baltimore/Washington Metro area. Physicians working in this practice have the opportunity to work at three emergency department locations, a variety that offers a diverse and challenging clinical experience. In addition, our affiliation with the University of Maryland offers our physicians access to a broad range of continuing medical education opportunities. Providers will be able to work at the following locations: University of Maryland Laurel Medical Center and University of Maryland Prince George’s Hospital Center to our network in the summer of 2012. Our expansion continued in January of 2013 with the addition of University of Maryland Bowie Health Center.
As a resident in the Baltimore/Washington Metro area, you can travel a short distance in almost any direction and be inundated with history and culture. But even with all of the convenience of an urban environment, there are many areas in Prince George’s County and nearby Howard County that offer residents a more suburban living experience. So whether you want to live in the heart of DC or prefer a more suburban setting, you won’t be far from work.
